چکیده

Gilaburu is an important fruit species in terms of healthy effects, having potential for use as alternative medicine and suitable industrial product processing. In this context, physico-chemical characteristics three different gilaburu (Viburnum opulus L.) genotypes grown under the ecological conditions Kayseri, Turkey were determined. addition, correlations among investigated calculated their to be handled together was revealed. According results, Fruit width, length weight varied between 7.40-7.95 mm, 7.65-8.81 mm 0.30-0.37 g, respectively. Genotype 3 showed highest values pomological characteristics, while lowest obtained from 1. Among chemical properties; pH, soluble solid content (SSC) titratable acidity (TA) ranged 3.53 (Genotype 1) 3.97 2), 10.46 12.72 2) 1.56 2.16 1), A high level positive correlation found width (r = 0.73 ***). Also, these properties have been increase weight. While a highly negative pH -0.95 ***), it determined that size decreased dry matter accumulation.
